Spring roll

Yellow dough ingredients:

2 eggs

2 spoons of oil

1 spoonful of sour cream

2 spoons of flour

3-4 tablespoons of grated cheese

Green dough ingredients:

2 eggs

2 spoons of oil

1 spoonful of sour cream

2 spoons of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 spoons of spinach

Orange dough ingredients:

2 eggs

2 spoons of oil

1 spoonful of sour cream

2 spoons of flour

1 teaspoon of baking powder

2 spoons of salt

For the filling:

200 g of cream cheese

3 spoons of sour cream

Preparation:

We have to prepare three bowls in which we will prepare the dough. The basic ingredients are the same in all three, they differ only in the ingredient that gives the color.

For green dough, separate 2 egg yolks and mix with 2 spoons of oil, 1 spoon of sour cream, 2 spoons of flour, 1 spoon of baking powder, salt and 2 spoons of chopped spinach (frozen). Beat the egg whites separately and gently mix them into the originally prepared mixture.

For the orange dough, repeat the same procedure as above, just replace the spinach with 2 tablespoons of paprika.

For the white dough, just repeat the process, but using 2 tablespoons of salted cheese. If it is lean, add salt.

When everyone is ready, put baking paper in a large pan and pour the dough alternately, spreading it out.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, then take it out on a wet cloth.

Let it cool, and in the meantime, mix the cheese with sour cream and seasoning.
