This recipe is best solution when you have no much time to prepare some dessert after long day. It only takes about an hour to make it and it is my all time favourite quick dessert!
Ingredients:
140 g of melted butter
170 g of Oreo biscuits, crushed in a blender
340 grams of cooking chocolate chopped into pieces
340 full-fat cream for the whipped cream
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
225 ml of lightly whipped cream
Chocolate crumbs for decoration
Directions
Prepare the base for the cake by mixing melted butter and crushed Oreo biscuits. Press the mixture with your fingers and spread it in a round mold (diameter 20-25 cm) that you have previously lined with plastic film and put in the refrigerator for half an hour Chocolate and full-fat cream for whipped cream mix in a bowl and put it in the microwave for two minutes (you can heat the cream on the stove and then put the chocolate pieces to melt). Add vanilla extract. Put aside to cool. When the ganache has cooled down, beat it with a mixer for at least 3-4 minutes. Then spread the chocolate mixture over the base of Oreo biscuits and leave it in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours until it sets. When you are ready to serve the Oreo cake, spread lightly whipped cream on top and decorate it with chocolate crumbs.
