Ingredients
4 chicken fillets (about 800 g)
black pepper
Salt
Ground red pepper
200 ml of water
2 tablespoons of melted butter (25 g)
2 cloves of garlic
A little bit of oregano
4 slices of cooked ham (100 g)
4 slices of cheese (100 g)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
Directions
Place the chicken fillets one by one in a bag and beat them with a meat mallet into a thin steak. Season the meat with pepper and salt, if desired, add more spices.
Put water in a container, add spices as desired, then melt the butter and add to the water, as well as garlic and oregano. Bring to a boil and cook for a few minutes.
Prepare the mixture by mixing the breadcrumbs, ground red pepper and cheese.
Place a slice of ham on the chicken fillet, a slice of cheese over it, fold into a steak and fasten with toothpicks.
Dip the prepared meat into the liquid mixture and then into the breading mixture. Arrange the breaded steaks in a pan coated with olive oil.
Pour over the rest of the mixture and bake in an oven heated to 200°C for about 45 minutes. You can bake potatoes together with the meat, and your lunch is ready.
Serve it with fresh salad.
