Preparation :
In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
Off the heat, add the sweetened condensed milk, the milk cream, the coconut milk and mix to homogenize.

mix well and heat over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted and you have a smooth and shiny ganache.
Take the dish with the cream out of the refrigerator, pour the ganache and spread it evenly.
