INGREDIENTS
2 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup Cake flour
¼ Cup Unsweetened Cocoa
¾ Brown Sugar(adjust)
1 Cup warm milk
1 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Baking powder
½ Cup Chocolate Chips
¼ Cup Veg. Oil (adjust)
3 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla essence
PROCEDURE
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.
Beat all liquid ingredients and add dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Line muffin moulds with muffin paper and fill ¾ with the mixture.
Bake for 15mins (adjust time) at 180°C in a preheated oven.
Let it cool down and serve.
