Ingredients
6 eggs
3 packs of ready-to-eat chocolate cakes
500 ml of milk
Chopped strawberries (a lot, as it will bake and taste wonderful)
Filling:
1 packet of shredded coconut
1 can of condensed milk
2 yolks
300 ml of milk
1 full spoon of margarine
1 liter of guarana
– Method of preparation
preheat the oven
Whip the egg whites in a mixer or by hand until smooth.
Gradually mix the egg yolks, cakes and milk
Beat for approximately 5 minutes
Turn off the mixer and throw in the strawberries (don’t beat, just mix)
Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle with wheat
Place to bake for 40 minutes and stick the toothpick to see if it’s done
Filling:
Once baked and cooled, cut the cake in half.
In a pan over low heat, mix all the filling ingredients, except the guarana.
Stir for 2 minutes
With the guarana water the two parts of the cake and apply the filling.
