Ingredients
Biscuit
- • 5 eggs
- • 150g of sugar
- • 50 ml of oil
- • 70 ml of milk
- • 130g of plain flour
- • 5 spoons of cocoa
- • 1 baking powder
Cream 1
- • 500 ml of whipping cream
- • 400g of cooking chocolate
Cream 2
- • 200ml of cream for whipped cream
- • 250g of white chocolate
and more
- • 5 tablespoons of blueberry jam
- • decorations as desired
Directions
- Start with the preparation of the cream, as easiest part. Pour the whipping cream into a saucepan and turn on the hotplate to a medium temperature, break the cooking chocolate and wait for it to melt while gently stirring. It is important that cream does not boil. Take it off the heat and stir again. If it is thin, it doesn’t matter, it will quickly become a nice thick cream. We do the same with the cream and white chocolate. Let the creams cool down.
- Next, start making biscuits by first turning on the oven at 180 degrees. Beat the eggs with sugar until they turn white and increase in volume. Add oil, milk and dry ingredients. Mix with a whisk and bake in a round mold for cakes. Put baking paper on the bottom of the mold, and only greased the edge with oil. Bake the biscuit for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
- After the biscuit is baked, take it out of the oven and let it cool down.
- Now the filling starts. Put the first crust on the serving tray and spread it with half of the white cream. It doesn’t matter if it’s not very thick. Spread two thirds of the black cream on the white cream. It should be nicely thick. Spread jam on the inside of the second crust of blueberries and cover that side with the black filling on the cake. Further decoration is up to your taste.
