INGREDIENTS
280 grams of sugar
130 grams of flour
650 grams of water
2 sachets of vanillin
400 ml of whipping cream
400 gr dry biscuits
100 gr of coconut flour (30 gr for the cream and 70 for the coverage)
PREPARATION
1. In a saucepan, add sugar, flour, and water. Then add the vanillin and let it thicken on the fire. Cover with transparent film and let cool.
2. Whip the cream and add the cream and the 30 g of coconut flour.
3. Assemble everything in a rectangular mold and leave in the fridge for 5 hours.
