Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
12 hoagie rolls, split
1 cup shredded provolone cheese
Instructions:
In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain off any excess grease.
Add the onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Stir in the tomato soup, ketchup, brown sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, or until thickened.
Spoon the sloppy joe mixture onto the hoagie rolls. Top with the shredded provolone cheese.
Broil for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve immediately.
Enjoy!
