Ingredients
- 8ย hot dogs
- 1ย tablespoonย paprika
- 2ย teaspoonย garlic powder
- 1 ยฝย teaspoonย sea salt
- 1ย teaspoonย onion powder
- ยฝย teaspoonย ground mustard
- ยฝย teaspoonย black pepper
- 8ย hot dog buns
- toppings โ cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, ketchup etcโฆ
Instructions
- Preheat smoker to 250ยฐF. Use a knife to cut crosshatches on the skin of the hot dogs.
- Mix together the seasoning spices in a bowl and season hot dogs liberally with it.
- Place the hot dogs in the grill and smoke for an hour or until the internal temperature reaches 155ยฐF.
- Serve on a hot dog bun and top with your favorite toppings.
