Strawberry jelly:
- 300 g of strawberries
- 100 ml of water
- 5 spoons of sugar
- 10 g of gelatin
- 8 tablespoons of water
White part:
- 350 g of strawberry fruit yogurt
- 200 g of sour cream
- 300 ml of sweet cream (sweetened)
- 10 g of gelatin
- 8 tablespoons of water
Decoration
- 200 g of white chocolate
- 100 ml of sweet cream
Directions
First step for this dessert is to soak the gelatin in 8 tablespoons of water. In meantime wash and grind the strawberries, then add sugar and water to strawberries. Cook for a minute or two, then add gelatin and mix well. After mixing leave it to cool on room temperature.
Next step is making biscuit. Mix biscuits, melted butter and milk and mix everything together. Place biscuit in a tray or mold 25 x 25 cm or 30 x 20 cm and flatten.
Next, soak the second gelatin with 8 tablespoons of water and prepare next step.
Mix yogurt and sour cream and separately whip sweet cream, so that it is as soft as whipped cream. After that mix all together (sweet cream with yogurt and sour cream).
Heat the gelatin by heating water in a kettle, boiling it and putting a container with gelatin on it until melted.
Add 2-3 spoons of yogurt filling to the gelatin and mix, then shake the mixture into the yogurt mixture and mix well.
Apply half of the filling to the biscuit crust, then slowly pour the strawberry jelly.
Put in the fridge to set, then apply the second part of the yogurt filling.
If that part gets a little tight, feel free to knead it well with a wire.
Last step is to decorate the cake however you want. You can try to decorate it with 200g of white melted chocolate and 100ml of sweet cream on low heat and pour it all over.
Leave it in the fridge for at least 2 hours, slice it and your dessert is ready! Enjoy!
