Ingredients for the crusts:
(each crust):
7 egg whites,
7 spoons of sugar
7 tablespoons of crushed biscuits,
12 tablespoons of crushed walnuts
Cream
1.2 l of milk
21 egg yolks
6 tablespoons of cornstarch
6 tablespoons of sugar
1 margarine (250 gr)
200 g of powdered sugar
100 g of dark chocolate
100 g of white chocolate
200 g of biscuits
100 g of cooking chocolate
3 spoons of milk
3 tablespoons of oil
Preparation
Mix the egg whites with sugar, then add the yolk, add walnuts and biscuits, then mix everything with a blender.
Heat the oven to 180 degrees (35 x 30 cm) then put baking paper and shake out the mixture and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Cool the crust after baking.
Bake 3 crusts like this.
Melt the chocolate with oil and steamed milk, then coat with chocolate and leave to cool.
Take 200ml of milk and beat the egg yolks, corn starch and 6 tablespoons of sugar.
Bring the rest of the milk to a boil, then boil the mixture and stir until it thickens, then remove from the heat and cool completely.
Mix margarine with powdered sugar and add to the cooled cooked part of the filling.
Add the crushed biscuit to the mixture and divide it into two parts.
Put chopped white chocolate in one and chopped dark chocolate in the other.
It is best to put the first crust in the pan in which it was baked and shake out the first filling, cover with the second crust, then spread the second filling and cover with the third crust.
Decorate the Greek cake as desired. for example, whipped cream with vanilla cream and grated dark and white chocolate.
